Every business, no matter what they sell, wants to be known, well liked, and trusted. As a startup, you will be unknown, not liked, and not trusted:

1. Attract | Ice:

Fresh on the market, this is most likely where you will be. The very Top of the Funnel. If in this stage, it is advisable to begin with organic posts. No one knows who you are here. Get known! Tell anyone and everyone who you are and what you do! Make sure the market knows who you are.

2. Engage | Cold Traffic:

Continue to build brand awareness, but narrow and focus on your audience. Find out their likes and dislikes, what content or platforms they are drawn to, and focus on that.

3. Nurture | Warm Traffic:

At this stage you should have a website (sits between Cold and Warm). Now that your target market knows you, why should they buy from you? Why should they trust you? Why go with your business? What makes you, "the go-to?" Focus on creating testimonials, reviews, and Brand Messaging Videos (BMV) to emotionally connect to your audience. Show them why to go with your business. Establish why they should trust you. What makes you the option!
