The Process to Create Video Content

After our Discovery Call/Meeting and an agreement has been taken care of, we move to producing the content. Script writing, storyboards, filming, editing, animation, rounds of changes, etc. all are taken care of with regular updates when requested.

Our final step is to deliver the final video products to your marketing team or department by Google Drive or Vimeo download. If you do not have access to marketing resources and need assistance implementing video into your pipeline, we will assist and walk you through this stage.

This simplified version of our process can slightly shift from time-to-time. However, our clients trust use time and time again as we use these processes. Read them below!

The continued partnership meeting is for our past and current customers looking to start new projects. We separate past and current because different information is needed.

Use an excel sheet or write directly into an email what you would like to see from us at the time indicated on screen.

A single round of changes is equal an email, text, phone call, or other communication to us with alterations to the project. So please make sure all the changes you and your team want are combined into a single contact.

We will continue this process until either you are satisfied with the piece or the maximum amount of changes provided have been met.

If we have an NDA or are currently working on other projects, fill out any privacy information as usual and click the desired video to download as if you were implementing changes.

Scroll down and click the "Download" button and select either "Original" or your desired resolution. We advise the maximum available.

And you’re done, you have downloaded your video from Vimeo.

If we are sending videos in bulk or the RAW files were requested, we use Google Drive to send files. Start by clicking the link to the attached drive folder that was sent to you.

If you see a folder, right click or press the three dots, then select "Download." Your download will begin.

If you see only files available to you, scroll down as far as you can, press control or command “A” to select all, right click on any highlighted file and select "Download." Your download will begin.
Please note that when downloading multiple files like this, browsers may limit you to two gigabytes (2GB). Luckily, this just means a zip folder will be made for every two gigs. The only exception are files larger than two gigabytes (2GB). The RAW footage for a fifteen minute testimonial interview may be around fifty gigabytes (50GB) for example.

We tend to deliver most video content by Vimeo, yet Google is an option. If you prefer your own custom solution or other sharing site like Sharepoint, we can accommodate. When you have any questions, please reach out to Tyler directly.
