How We Began Working Together

We actually crossed paths with the Butz team several times throughout the years. A few of our clients have hired the Butz Family of Products for new construction. In fact, while we were working on the EIBA Testimonials, we had our first opportunity to see within their corporate offices. Throughout our many times crossing paths we had discussions of producing video content and in 2023, we were finally brought on to work with Alvin H. Butz's marketing team.

We had to reach several goals:

1. Produce as much evergreen content as we could.
2. Have a sizzle reel (brand video) deliverable that could be used for the Butz team's uses.
3. Maintain our deadline.

Steps to Create these Videos

First we met with Butz's marketing manager, Mitch Hannah to discuss the upcoming need for content. A priority was the brand messaging video to be updated.

The Alvin H. Butz team would handle securing talent for testimonials, while we focused on capturing the necessary content. Both our teams formed a formidable collaborative effort to create some amazing content we are truly proud of.

As we would edit the piece, we send versions in for changes, added additional motion graphics, etc. to make a finalized, engaging piece.

The Result

So far, we have received nothing but amazing feedback from the Butz team as we continue to work alongside them. We do not have access to their internal information, but as far we have been informed, we have been of great assistance.

In fact, while still editing the brand video, we also began editing a testimonial reel.

The Video Project

There were a few mid-project alterations we made with an adjustment to the budget. All-in-all this project was one of our smoothest we produced in 2023. Working with such an amazing marketing team like the one at Alvin H. Butz was nothing short of a thrill, showcasing the effectiveness and expertise having a marketing team and a video production team can produce.

As far as our three goals:


1. Produce as much evergreen content as we could.

We've been able to already create more than the original brand messaging video intended, so we achieved this goal.

2. Have a sizzle reel (brand video) deliverable that could be used for the Butz team's uses.

Although we do not have access to their internal numbers, we have been told we exceeded expectations and produced incredible content. We are viewed as an extension of their team.

3. Maintain our deadline.

We had a six week deadline that, we actually did not end up meeting. In fact, this goal was mid-project absolved by the Butz team because there were a few mid-project changes that we desired. This created an opportunity to grow the project and it's budget, while eliminating our initial deadline.
